Cougar sv/sv2 rear shock position

Am i right in saying on the back for outdoor, on the front for indoor ?

on the back on very bumpy tracks works well, but most outdoor tracks I would still have them on the front.

rear shocks will make the car feel less twitchy and maybe slightly less steering

In some ways yes, having the shocks on the back helps the car on bumpy tracks and slows down the cars rotation. I think the SV2 is designed to run rear only but with a small mod to the shock tower you can run them on the front.

I normally start with them on the front and then go rewards if the car has too much steering or is suffering over the bumps.

its not really like that its more a tuning aid, on the rear slows the rear end of the car down and makes it more planted,matty noticed as already stated it looses some sterring to, on the sv2 to run shocks on the front just use the old tower of the sv, no mod needed.
