Get an existing robin reliant chassis and flip it all round.
Sounds like a horrible thing to race though lol

It should handle a lot better than a Reliant (that's not difficult). Have a look at videos of VSCC or VMCC racing to see what I mean. I'll have a look at building a chassis but can't do bodies. It's going to have to wait until my 1/8 stock car is sorted though.

steering is no issue (existing steering setup) but it is getting the power to the rear wheel that may cause the headache.

Although a modded rear pod may work, but the most accurate way would be to have the motor mounted longways, there must be something available somewhere to do this (its like a pinion but the teeth are on the face side, not the edge), or build something so the motor powers a spur gear that in turn powers the sput on the axle.

the reliant is ok, but is RWD and FWS, the morgan is the opposite

Morgan is rwd and fws. Its just the rear wheel is a single wheel

why not use a kit front end and side car rear end?

All the weight is off center also the shell wouldent look right,
