HPI Blitz / Firestorm Gear Diff

Just discovered whoever built the ball diff in my recently aquired Blitz wasn't that good at kit building as all internals are in a mess.

So whilst I'm at it may as well get a gear diff...problem is fella on ebay doesn't appear to have any listed so hoping someone can help out on here.
