Hi
Getting some small bore shocks what is the difference between the two
I take it i can use the big bore tower but what would i have to do to the droop of the front shocks if any?
Thanks

I fitted big bores to my non sp fs2 and there were no issues.

Im sure that if you retro fit the small bores there wont be any issues.

If you are reffering to the ZX5 there are no issues.
If you are reffering to the new WC Big Bore shock tower on the RB5 and cars that carry that then you will have to take note of the following.
The new tower is taller so you will have to make sure you use a longer ball stud on the shock shaft to get your droop back and also make sure that long stud is wound in enough on the shaft that the wishbone is not touching the front bulkhead on up travel.
Hope that helps you

I've used the 46mm shock shafts with the big bore tower which means you can used the standard rod ends and get a bit more front travel.

Can be useful in certain situations.
