Guy's now making some alu stuff for my rat, I don't want it to be to over weighted, so is some 1600gr the max for a 2wd, or is it overdone?
I have no idea what your rat/monkey weights? Thanks!!

As far as i know, there is no Maximum weight.

There is a minimum weight for BRCA events, as detailed below:

Minimum weight - 1474grams for 2WD, 1588grams for 4WD complete and ready to race. The minimum weight(s) include fixed Personal Transponder but exclude Auto-powered (hand-out) Transponder.

Sounds like about average at that weight. Back in the day of high capacity Nimhs that'd be a light car.

I run my x2c at 1695g and it performs spoton for me, for me weight is a tuning aid to help balance the car out. also a hevyer car rides the bumps better
