Hi all,

Jörn was using a longer chassis on his DEX210 at the Reedy Race.
As the DEX210 is already quiet long and very wide (just fits into BRCA box) - is the aim of the longer chassis to change the length-to-width ratio rather than adjusting the balance and shifting weight further forward.....?

Could the same result be achieved by narrowing the track width rather than lengthening the chassis.....?

Won't either of these changes just make the car rotate more consistantly?

This is just a Observation but the rear shocks look like they are leaning back a lot. I use mine in mid motor so am unsure if they are like that in rear motor

The longer chassis is for more rear weight and stability

I'm not sure about the rear weight. I know he had a brass front bulkhead.

If he added front weight, its probably for the stability then. I'll have my first proto in my hands soon so I'll find out how it affects it then (yes, I'll be making them soon, stay tuned)
