For me, it was good. I enjoyed the mix and managed to hang on to Jules for a couple of part-laps.

I found it useful to see where I was up with Jules and where I needed to improve.

I say - Success - Go for it.

Hi Roger
Its as good thread to start as its nice to see peoples opinions on this.
I didnt see the real difference from my heat to be honest.
Ok yes we was missing a handful of drivers which would of mixed things up.
I think close racing will come of it.

But open to opinions here guys

Hi Roger, glad you enjoyed it. It was fun for me too.

The real trick is corner speed, and flowing around the circuit. On the slippery floor the trick is to have the car turned and be on the throttle exponentially before you've actually apexed the corner. If you're braking too late, missing apexes and almost have the car at a standstill at each turn, then try to force yourself to back off and let the car flow. This is where car setup is so important. A twitchy car looks fast, but is a bear to drive.

The struggle for the faster driver or car, racing with the less experienced, is trying to guess what they will do when being lapped. I nudged a couple of cars after trying to second guess what they would do. The best tactic is just run a little wide and leave a gap, in that way you don't lose any more time than neccessary.

The only other tip I can offer is, don't get tunnel vision and run into the leader at the next corner after being lapped!

Looking forward to doing it again!
