More runtime, miles more punch are the main ones.

Team Almighty batteries are very very good for the price ;)

I have heard even top drivers say the latest cells can be TOO powerfull / punchy, particularly in 2wd off road.

im considering going back to 3700's as the 4200's have too much power imo.. they wear motors quicker and heat elecs up more often.

my voltage matched 3700's were spot on, pleanty of run time, enough power and my car always came off just the right temperature.
If you do go to 4200's i would reccomend you drop a wind or two in the motor department, i've been running a 12x1 the past few weeks - compared to my ussual selection of 10's and it is spot on with 4200's, its just as fast as any other car and has a very nice feel to its RPM range.

I too will be using 3700's in 2wd next year for the same reasons as Mr Rotheram. For 2wd there is no advantage of running 4200/4300, just more hassle than its worth. I mean why have to run 5 cells just to be able to control the damn thing?
