I use a 40D, its amazingly easy to navigate, one thing well known about the canons xxD range is how well the menu's are layed out.
Most important thing is the lens though, if you get a canon you must the the 50mm F/1.8 prime, its stunning.
I know there is some good deals on canon cameras but I have never really been a fan of them. I much prefer the older more established brand names such as olympus and nikon and pentax. There is a fair few options to look through. Who knows I might end p with a cannon!
What camera do you have again? Is it easy to handle and use. That is my biggest gripe when it comes to cameras.
