I might just have to build something retro and put lipos and brushless in it

Is there much difference with C ratings on lipos? I get the impression a lot of the power from high ratings and faster motors etc has to be turned down in the name of traction anyway?? For example, do 100C lipos have to be turned down, so why bother buying more than 35C?

I use the orion cells 35c is good punch but more means more punch but in my Lazer zxrs its a lap and a half quicker with a one way and is more balanced than these newer cars. I find my sponsers 4wd is a really tough car and enjoy driving it but know I would be a lot quicker with a one way, so thinking on how to design one. For my vintage i designed a belt tensioner so i could turn it all up and am testing with a 4.5

Also yes, Jimmy would like this and miss pitting next to him.
