HPI RS4 MT 1999 old skool secret weapon

I have a present for the Associated T4's at reo raceway.:D

No I'm not being saracstic, I'm tired of getting whipped with my B44
against T4's, So I took this ride off my shelf, and poped my novak B44
system in it to take on the T4's in my way. I have like broken B44
shock towers because I was on the track with bad drivers.

I should save the B44 and 501x for the bigger races anyhow.

This is the only HPI I have and it's the coolest HPI I have ever seen.

This chassis is not ROAR legal but, at reo we can run what we want so.
I can use my B44 saddles in it as well. NO LIPO MAMBA T4 will stand up to this.....lol

It's loaded with pink taper pins, new rear belt. And a new slipper pad
has been installed on the slipper also. Yes I am ready!

Yes I am one of the few racers that like the associated buggies,
just not the Associated trucks.

Well i would say, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU GETTING BEATEN BY A 2WD TRUCK WHEN YOU HAVE A 4WD BUGGY????

I dont think its the other drivers on the track thats the problem:thumbsup:

He's got that track designed for 2wd trucks and nitro truggies and buggies. 4wd electric buggies cannot do the jumps correctly trust me.
I dont think he will change the layout anytime soon either.
Sure wes ran his pred on that track, but still, I had an eaiser time
getting this truck around the course because the tires are larger
than buggy tires. You would have to drive on the track to understand.

Nobody has been showing up with electric 4wd, so why should I run mine?

Lee they all run LIPO and I'm still nimh. So yeah they beefed thier T4's
up to the point were I dont stand a chance. I race against sponsored
drivers you know. Yep, that tough.
Here's my results from April 26th.
pos car laps
1 1 24 Jay
2 6 19 B-mag (me with the B44)
3 4 18 Justin
4 2 17 WES
5 5 4 Phillip
6 3 4 Cody
7 7 3 Richard

*last names are not included to protect the id of the person

This just proves just how good I can be sometimes.
2nd place isnt bad at all in my book.

I agree with my uncle who raced r/c's in the 80's.
"you'll do alot better if you run your truck against the other trucks."
"you being the only buggy on the track isnt fair."

So do we, Ben Jemison led home a few factory drivers at the last regional, all driver skill.

There is no way any form of T4 should be beating a B44.

OK my B44 record is 19 laps.\ IF I can do the impossible of beating my old B44 record tommorow with this HPI RS4 MT at the track, then the track was meant for stadium trucks and not buggies.
That is the whole point im trying to get across.

lochness42 22-05-2008 05:35 PM

Bmag you have beaten WES by 2 laps? :woot:

It wasnt WES driving it was that guy from Action-Hobby driving Wes's T4.
Wesinator usually gets 33 laps with his T4.

Wes went to a birthday party that day and decided not to race.
SEE he should have stayed, but wes can beat me anyday.

Ask Paul Sinclair he raced WESinator before. :)

I told wes DONT RACE PAUL YOUR NOT GONNA WIN!
Did he listen.....nope...paul beat him. :(

Wes said he would even take on Tebo. The guy has guts!
But Tebo wouldnt come to this crummy town.
Tebo just has a busy schedule, but I did meet Tebo's best freind at Linton Indy.

Northy 23-05-2008 07:57 AM

So you were only 14 lap behind the Wesi-master-of-the-universe?

I'd race Paul and Tebo.

I like Tebo, and Paul. Paul is ace, so is Tebo, but Paul more.

Good going mate

Do you race oval?:eh?:

WES is the shizzle, id take on tebo too and his mrs, id lose but it would be fun.

Do you really call him the wesinator at the track? If you do i think you have guts too.

How old are you? 7, 8?

Do you read books like

"Tom and Mum went to the shop"
Tom has a dog and a red ball:confused:

B44&501xRacerEX 23-05-2008 05:22 PM

Yes he is called Wesinator for a reason. He's one the best racers
we have in owensboro, kentucky.

I read RC Driver, And RC Car Action, that's it.
