RC Cars near Alicante

Hola Amigos,

I like to get an RC Car for my brother who lives in near Alicante. Can you tell me what brands are popular in Spain so he will be able to buy spare parts? I'm thinking about Electric Offroad.

I am pretty certian that one of the X-Factory distributors/dealers for Spain - "Positivo Negativo" is in Alicante (since I was going to pop in and say hi to them last week while I was there on holiday, but ran out of time in the end - too busy in the pool or at the bar or even the pool bar LOL)

I am sure if you drop them an email they would gladly point you in the right direction of the nearest clubs /tracks etc and what cars are most popular there. Their detials can be found on the dealer section of the main US X-Factory website

Thanks for the answer but he will only be bashing. Any idea how parts are for Traxxas, Losi, Associated, Tamiya and LRP?

They do also run the local model shop for general RC car stuff too, so still worth getting in touch with them....

ok, I dropped them an email. Thank you, DMS.

I'll bring this long dead thread back to life by asking if there are any tracks around Valladolid...? I've got 10th scale buggies (2wd & 4wd), a 10th scale truck and a couple of 12th scale pan cars. If anyone's got any info, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Hi is there anything off road near torrevieja or murcia please?

Thanks Andy

danDanEFC 04-01-2012 09:29 PM

Closest 1/10 is the del rasping track mentioned above.

The tracks near Murcia are 1/8 nitro.

I am often in torrevieja so if you find any info re 1/10 near please let me know

andy05 05-01-2012 08:15 PM

Ok thanks. If i find anything ill let you know. Have you ever been to any of the tracks over there? if so are they any good?

danDanEFC 05-01-2012 11:18 PM

I have not tried any of the tracks as I have only just sneaked my old B4 out there the last time I went out.

I will be out in March/April so I will check my dates and show the Spanish how rubbish I am then.

Other website is turborc.es I think but this is mainly smelly nitro.
