Gates will be open from 6am for track helpers, any help will be greatly appreciated.

As Paulc has said.
We start an hour later, so booking in from 9am and practice 9:15am.

Practice wil 2 rounds @ 3min per heat and 1min intervals. We can then get started sooner.

I know it's not my place to say but would it be better to run 1 x 5 min practice round then straight into the heats?

I think the track will get pretty bad quickly.

1 practice gets my vote too
