tyres for chadderton
 

i was wondering what compound and type of tyres are used for the front of a 2wd and rear, I know the tyre of choice is the dboots,

also would the new range of prolines work?

dboots first choice a few drivers use pins front and rear , dont know about prolines .

dboots no longer seem to be available from distribution, so I suspect you'll be running Schumacher yellow minipins this year.

Not sure at this moment in time that they will be available via the club as before if I can not secure a deal then the tyres will be available from number5rc at trackside

What dboot tyre tread do you use as there are different treads available please

what compound is used type a or type b

Terrabyte, A compound

Just a quick one regards DBoots through Number 5 for the Chadderton Winter Series, I always look at ways of supporting the club with this series, and discussions are being had at present when it comes to the tyres

The Terrabyte A compound tyres are not listed on my website but if anyone has any questions feel free to drop me a line on mike@number5rc.co.uk

Steve Webb Models now have dBoots tyres in stock, we have Terabytes in A compound, Rear, 4wd front and 2wd front. They'll be on our website soon, but if you want to get in early, give us a call on 01928 735225!

The Dboots deal is available at all rounds throughout the series, just a couple of points to make you guys aware of –

This deal is only available for the Chadderton Series at trackside – This is how it’s been done over the recent years and works well for everyone. Orders can be placed in advance however. Any questions I can be reached on mike@number5rc.co.uk

The tyres are listed on the Number 5 RC website at the FULL RRP so any orders placed online will be subject to FULL RRP – The tyre deal pricing will not be applied on the website as it’s solely applicable for the Chadderton Series
