Pinion help with dex 210

I have brought 6.5 turn motor for my spare car what is the best pinion to use in it to race on astro/ grass if any one can help thanks!! I also 87t spur gear!

I use a 23t pinion on a Trackstar 6.5t motor and some boost on a large track.
With my old Novak Ballistick I used 21-22t pinions..
