Tebo RZ6 (will it enter production?)
Hi
Just watching the worlds and wondering if the RZ6 will ever enter production by Kyosho - similar to the way associated and jconcepts worked when the B44 was developed. I have a feeling not. But if anyone is interested take a look. http://www.neobuggy.net/2015/10/06/u...-jared-tebo-5/ Out of interested is this redworkshop rc a conversion you can buy (i am not interested) but just wondering out of curiosity.... |
I would love to buy one if it ever come into production but considering he didn't win the title I don't think they will.
They have all the parts besides chassis and sidepods, not much to offer a kit version. Regarding Redworkshop I think his latest conversion is still available (chassis and sidepods). I will wait to see if they released it, hope they do, as cost is an issue composing the car from two kits. This is an hell of a car, very efficient, very fast yet not an easy car to drive compare to a laydown gearbox car. I have a huge respect for Tebo as a driver running that car like he did with a 5.5. Would be nice for us in Europe running mostly high grip to have such car available at Kyosho. |
You can buy a Rudebits DB2 and it will be almost identical

Just put my DB2 for sale if anyone is interested

reading Neil's post in the worlds bit it reads as if the RZ6 is not kyosho(Controversial being the key word), so I don't think kyosho would produce it, the car Mr Boots was driving is the kyosho offering
Or Naoto |
Kyosho did produce a chassis and sidepods for this car so it's a Kyosho car.
It was based on a Redworkshop conversion made for Tebo that he tested after the warm up. In a way no less Kyosho that the chassis, sidepods and laydown gearbox ran by the rest of the team. |
So the new RB6 that Elliot Boots was running. What and when to expect?

it's what the db3 was gonna be........
