XXX spins off to the right!..

Hi!

I have a question for u guys! I have a problem with my XXX. When i hit the gas the car goes slightly to the right... instead of going straight. The more slippry the gound is, the bigger the problem gets. The same thing happens when i hit the brakes hard. It doesnt brake straight.. same thing here... it tends to turn to the right!

What can the problem be? Bad weight distribution? Problems with the differential?

plz help! /Z.

left rear wheel nut too tight maybe ? causing binding of the hub bearings.

something dodgy on the left by the sounds of it, could be any number of things, something rubbing or interfering with the shaft (OOooerrr) or a seized bearing maybe ?

check the bearings, both in the hubs and differential. make sure the differential is working correctly, and as jimmy said make sure there is no binding through out the car.

make sure the servo is centering correctly - you never know! check the whole car over and clean, re lube and replace items as required.

sorry I probably meant right hand not left, but still..

lift the car up, give it some throttle and see if one wheel stops quicker - if so that side has a problem.

Sometimes - especially when on throttle, you can get interference which actually steers your servo, so thats something to check like froOt says.

If you pick the car up and throttle it you can see if the servo is flickering to see if that is the problem before checking bearings etc.
Other than that and the other suggestions check shocks for leaks as the rear shock might be dipping low than the other and pulling the car slightly, camber can also affect this, but mainly around corners.
