Big Bore Shock (Rebound)

Hi,

Has anyone got any advise on the best way to build shocks without any rebound? I've done as the manual says but still seem to have to much rebound.

Cheers

fill with oil, pump up and down to remove bubbles. add diaphram and top cap, don't fully tighten. press shaft all the way in and let the oil bleed out the top cap thread. then tighten. if too much rebound still, just loosen the top cap and press shaft in again to bleed a fraction more.

fill with oil as per normal, put the diaphragm on the top of the shock and hold it there with your finger, slide the piston to the top until it touches the diaphragm a small amount of air and oil should come out,(don't press diaphragm to hard)draw the piston back down it should hold the diaphragm in place now in the shock hold it there and screw on the cap tight, it should have minimal rebound if not don't again till you do.
