ESC advice needed
 

I currently run in both my vehicles the hobbywing quicrun 10BL120 which are around £40 was just wondering how much of high-performance upgrade I will see if I was to upgrade to the hobbywing xr10 pro

Depends.

What motor, class and scale you running?

There is a reason why there is a premium attached to more expensive kit. Ultimately more features, for example if using boost and timing, you can alter how the esc delivers the power and really go to the nth degree to profile it just right for you.

But... If you run a limited class and dont run boost, turbo etc then it offers very little over what you have.

Some classes dont allow boost and require blinky modes on boosted speedos.
