How do I book in for the EoE regional series?
I am no longer on F*cebook and don't use Twatter or
anything like that.

For those that don't know the venue:

From the A14 take the A137 towards Ipswich past the Ski Centre, following the Brown Information signs for the Ski Centre, down the hill to the roundabout.
Follow the signs for the Ski Centre taking the B1456 signposted Shotley, then immediately turn right by the Oyster Reach Beefeater & Travel Inn, again following the signs for the Ski Centre, when you reach the last bungalow on the right, opposite a black converted barn, turn right and follow the lane to the Car Park. Go through the gate at the end of the car park drive carefully along a short wooded passage and the complex is in front of you. Please Park carefully and with consideration for other members.

PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY AND KEEP YOUR NOISE TO A MINIMUM.

The track is only open for official race meetings, no practicing is allowed at any other time, please adhere to this as it is part of planning permission granted to us.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS WILL RESULT IN US LOSING THE TRACK .

Coastal regional information
This Sunday 16th July sees the 5th round of the BRCA east of england regional series return to Coastal Model Car Racing Club in Ipswich
For those who havent raced at coastal before the address is
Bourne Terrace
Wherstead
Ipswich
Ip2 8ng
If you look for the signs for suffolk ski centre on the a12/a14, down the hill to the oyster reach pub roundabout, onto bourne hill beside the pub then about 300m up the road is bourne terrace which leads to coastal model car racing club
The track is all astroturf with natural and manmade features. Its a technical and demanding track of both car and driver.
We have indoor pitting with power and benches supplied or your are welcome to pit outside if you desire.
Rc4 timing equipment is run so the older mrt pts will not work im afraid but we do have transponders available for a refundable deposit but these are on first come first served basis.
We will have a barbecue on the day serving bacon rolls, burgers, and hot dogs throughout the day. Onsite we have toilets and we have an on site shop which is pretty well stocked ready for raceday.

GATES WILL OPEN AT 0745 DO NOT COME DOWN THE LANE BEFORE 0745 AS YOU WONT GET IN ANYWAY. IF YOU ARE A BIT EARLY THEN PLEASE WAIT ON THE ROAD.
