INVERNATIONAL 18 ENTRIES OPENING EASTER MONDAY 6PM
 

With summer fast approaching we look forward to the ninth running of our ever popular Invernational event.

For the first time ever the Invernational 18 will be run over FOUR days during August Bank Holiday Weekend - 24th to 27th August!


As always the meeting will be at our spiritual home of RHR Astro, lots and lots of racing, fun for the kids (and the big ones) and live music on Saturday.

The racing classes will be 2WD, 4WD and Truck with another edition of last year's popular 3 Hour Endurance Race on Saturday afternoon.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This year the entry will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and PAYMENT is required IMMEDIATELY by Debit Card.

Due to ever increasing costs and a four day format the entry fee is £40.00 per class.

The ENTRY FORM will go LIVE on the Website www.oooos.co.uk on EASTER MONDAY 6PM BST.

Bespoke Invernational 18 Decals and T Shirt in your chosen size

Meeting Format: - Times subject to change.

There will be a maximum of 16 Heats with 12 drivers in each Heat.

Friday 24th August
Open practice from Midday in timed slots until early evening.

Evening FUN Races - Mums, Kids, Vintage

Saturday 25th August

9:00 - 1 round of practice in heat order.
10:20 - Drivers briefing
10:30 to 16:30- RD1 – RD3 of Qualifying
17.00 to 20.00 3 hour endurance race – 12 Teams 2WD cars only - Separate Entry Fee Applies

20.00– Oval Race and general madness

Midnight – Shutdown

Sunday 26th August

10:00 – 16:00 - RD4 - RD6 - Qualifying
16:15 to 18:00 – Finals printed and one run of Practice Final for all drivers

Evening entertainment TBC

Monday 27th August

10:00 - 16:00 Three Leg Finals for all drivers

16:15 Trophy Presentation.

Control Tyres:

Rear Axle Only on 2WD and 4WD are:

Schumacher Dart - All Compounds
Proline Pin Point PL8228- Z3 or Z4 Compound

Front Tyre is not restricted

Tyres for the Truck class are not restricted.

Entrants must be BRCA members for 2018 as you would for any club meeting - we do check!

The oOple team reserve the right to refuse entry

There are NO REFUNDS given as per the instructions on the Email confirmation. If you pay and then don't turn up or decide you can't go, it is your risk.

DISCLAIMER: In the event of adverse weather we will attempt to run as much racing as possible to the detriment of the support races. Camping and Caravanning is permitted although RHR will charge a fee per night, collectable by an RHR representative and that fee is not included in your race fee.

Is there kids racing or not here ?

Hi there, kids can race no problem if you pay their entry or raid their piggy bank!

We do put a "kids who have never touched a transmitter" race on usually Friday evening, but it's just one heat, for fun, no prizes, well maybe some sweets!
