top work. |
I still can't beleive how ace the car was in that final as well
Just read it, nice one! very good read. I quite fancey a micro now :o
Another cracking review :)
Why is it Jimmy that everytime you do this I want to race one now? BA...RD!!
Great review. :woot: I just spammed (in a polite way), some forums I am on with a link to it.
BTW: Lets just say some of your idea observations may bear fruit. ;) Oh, you can effect roll center (slightly) by putting small spacers under the upper wishbones where they attach to the gearbox. EIDT: You might like this Jimmy per the last paragraph especially. |
Thanks mini:thumbsup: yeah sounds interesting - I know a lot of people over here prefer buggies and I'm the same - but yeah I was really happy with the Xray, it's rather nice quality!
You should have seen the battering it got at club racing and nothing broke :woot: |
Where is it?
Wheres what? The club? or do you mean the review? the review is linked at the top of the page ^^^
The review. Thanks. How did I miss it? Was looking in the wrong place.
I didn't get chance to put links in the review page yet :) but yeah the link is so in your face at the moment that it;s hard to see!
To be honest, I saw it and thought it was an a paid advertisement. I missed the mention of the review in the top left corner.
Great review as usual. It like the bit about making your own wing mount on that race day. |
people were laughing at us hacksawing away on the bit of track marker to make the mount - but hey, it worked!!!
Too right it did. Totally transformed the car in the turn and mainly in the air!
Quite why Xray didn't include a propper rear wing is beyond me. Mine will probably be up for grabs as the racing this winter is going to be.....lets say... a little limited, when the twins arrive! |
