The 2017 WRCA season is nearly upon us - general info & chat can also be found on https://m.facebook.com/groups/144558...46581415559507

But the basic details are as follows:

Booking is open for the 2017 WRCA summer series. The dates are as follows:
Round 1: 23rd April - Saundersfoot
Round 2: 28th May - Cobra
Round 3: 11th June - Caldicot
Round 4: 23rd July - Saundersfoot
Round 5: 6th August - Cobra
Round 6: 3rd September - Caldicot
Booking in is via the the usual email address wrcaonline@gmail.com.

Series scoring will be best 4 out of 6. There will be trophies for everyone that completes at least 4 rounds,
Classes:
-2WD
-4WD
-Trucks (minimum of 6 to run)

Pricing
Pre-Pay: There will be a discount for drivers who pre-pay for events by 5pm on the Thursday before an event, this will reduce the financial risk to the host clubs. Payment will be via pay pal, details will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
Pre-Pay 1 Class: £8.00
Pre-Pay 2 Class: £12.00
On the Day Price: To avoid putting anybody off, we will accept booking in and paying on the day. Anybody who books in in advance and does not pay before 5pm on the Thursday will also have to pay this fee.
On the day 1 class: £10.00
On the day 2 class: £15.00
Juniors: Junior prices will be the same for pre-pay, and on the day. Juniors should be under 16 on the 1st of Sep 2017.
Junior 1 Class: £5.00
Junior 2 Class: £8.00
Season Ticket: To encourage drivers to attend all rounds, we are offering a season ticket at a substantial discount. Should an event be cancelled, you will be refunded for 1/6th of the price, per cancelled event.
Season Ticket 1 Class: £39.00 (works out at £6.50 per round)
Season Ticket 2 Class: £60.00 (Works out at £10.00 per round)
Cancellation of round: In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a round then we will inform all racers via email and with a notice on this site at no later than 9am on the Saturday before the race day. If we cancel the event then we attempt to reschedule, any racer who cannot make the rescheduled date will be eligible for a refund of the cost of the round.

The start of the season is drawing ever closer!

In only just 4 and a bit weeks, Round 1 will be taking place in Saundersfoot.

We've got over 20 entries already, don't forget to send yours in soon!:woot:

Just a pre warn ill be entering a few of these events.but the clubs who are doing the event already are aware im running.

Only a few days to go until the regionals get under way at Saundersfoot.
All entrants should have received confirmation emails, if not then please shout.
Entry numbers are looking good with several heats of 2wd and 4wd, plus we've hit the minimum to run a truck heat.
But it's not too late to come and play!
