2012 regional dates

Just seen they have been posted on the regional site, nice to have them early :)

Shame I have two clashes already and it's not even 2012 yet

luniemiester 29-12-2011 07:25 PM

They were up over a week ago! At least I know there's 4 rounds I can't make this year again, looks like east mid region is my only hope to improve my F grade.....

RogerM 30-12-2011 08:15 AM

Really .. up a week ago!

Strange nobody mentioned it before then, I was sort of expecting an e-mail from Tom when the dates were set like previous years.

Unlucky about not being able to make so many.

Yep the calendar is up. I have given the site a bit of a make-over during Christmas to make it easier for people to find things. The booking in forms will be available soon. There is no panic yet as it is over 90 days until the first regional.

Is there anyway of finding out if my entry for the regionals has been accepted?

I submitted the online form from the BRCA mid west section a few weeks ago - but haven't received any confirmation as of yet

RogerM 27-03-2012 07:02 AM

arran, I've never known the on-line forms fail if you get the "successful" message. If you want to be 100% sure e-mail Tom Yardy, his addresses is in the contacts section of the site.

I used the on-line booking for all 2wd & 4wd rounds last night, no confirmation but not worried. I do agree that it would be a good feature if they did confirm your application at least.

Send me a PM or email, state your real name so you can be identified and I'll check.

Stuart.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know what time things start on Sunday? Gates open/Practice/Booking in time etc... Also, whether I'm down as booked in.

Many thanks,

Alex Haywood

To check if your entered, see the Midwest Website, the entry list is on there.
Hopefully someone from the club will be along to confirm, but normally -
Gates Open 07:30
Booking in commences 07:45
Practice IN HEAT ORDER - 08:00

You have only entered for the 4wd series which starts on April 22nd, not the 2wd Series which starts this week.

RandomConflict 29-03-2012 12:14 PM

That's great! Thanks Stuart!

I'm booked in for seven out of the ten possible rounds, I just wish the days started at 9am instead of 8 as I'd likely be able to do all of them then.

Why do they have to start so early, it's not as if it gets dark at 4pm now?

Jonesy 05-04-2012 08:48 AM

Take Coventry last week, if it hadn't have started until 9pm we wouldn't have left until 7 and for me (on a personal note) I would not have got home until 9pm!! I'm happy with the early starts as it's a similar layout to Nationals
