Possible Kidderminster club day - 6/11/2011
 

Hi All,

Myself and the rest of the Kidderminster club would like to invite you to a club day this sunday.

We intend to run the day like a MAM, so booking in will be open at around 8:30 with open practice running, and then aim to start quali at 10am. Usual 4 rds of quali and single leg finals. Open to 2wd, 4wd and SC trucks.

However, this is all dependant on interest - the idea has only just come about, so this is the first anyone is hearing of it. We need a minimum of 30-40 guys to make this worthwhile, so please send relevant details to Tony Meredith (tonymeredith@sky.com) including:

BRCA no.
Formula
Frequencies

We will make a decision on going ahead over the next few days, so please get your entries in now so that we can decide on whether we go ahead. Spread the word please.

Big thumbs up to a Kiddie club meeting. I would love to come but unfortunately have other commitments for the weekend.

Let me know if you plan to run one in December or next year in good time and will try and make it.

Any news yet if this if going ahead?

We have just over 20 entered at the moment - would like more ideally but it's a pretty good start and dependent on any downward fluctuations we should be going ahead. Keep getting your details in :)

Can we just turn up on the day?

if you don't book in tony has no idea of approx. numbers.

it's unfair on the person running the computer to have 60-70 people turn up on the day and have to sit there inputting all their names and PT's.

it's better to email your entry and then cancel so at least they have some idea of possible numbers.

Morning all, will there be any chance of getting hold of some green ballistics at this meeting - will any of the shopkeepers be in attendance?

Whats the weather like cos this clashes with micro's but love running around kiddy on a dry day?

Cloudy with sunny intervals according to BBC (heavy rain with thunder storms Friday though).

It doesn't look as warm as Telford Jamie....

I like the idea of Kidderminster club days and I will make sure I will be at future ones as and when they are on, but already booked in and sorted for Telford this weekend
