After an "organic" development, it appears like things are falling into place. More updates and the site is a bit nicer to look at with the pages more organised. Navigation should be simpler and the processes explained a bit better. We have had our 1st brca-eoe.co.uk driver referral. Sad as this may seem, it was quite an exciting moment. (He should be getting in touch with Southend RCCC or Basildon (if they are still running) now or shortly)

Temporarily there is an oOple vid linked. If you have a better one, or preferably EoE related, get in touch and send the link!

I for one and really looking forward to this years racing!

hello eoe

Well long time no see guys, except 4 u ben ( u jammy git) hows d cougar goin!!! As u may have seen, me n simon r lookin to do the eoe regionals again this year. But havin a bit of trouble bookin in(damn ps3). Can u put me down for all the dates, both classes please. Do I have to pre pay? lookin to do maritime 2wd in a couple of weeks, and a couple of the mid-east regionals just 4 fun though. C U TRACKSIDE!!!!:D

Not necessary on this round, but will have to enforce it on the later rounds as it becomes a little more complicated (only for me). All race fees paid in advance are refundable too, up to 7 days before the race day.(unless, of course, the individual doesn't turn up).

Also, I will be setting up a BRCA-EoE account and dedicated BRCA-EoE paypal address. That way, at the end of the season, whoever gets the nod for 2012 will have the email address, web log-ins etc transferred to them. I am sure people will feel more comfortable advance paying to a dedicated account, rather than Benjamins-RC Paypal funds.com!

Anyway.....I digress.......great to hear your doing the EoE this year!

Hoping to get a few drivers in for it and it’s looking promising at the early stages. I doubt will set any records, but we could have some bloody good battles in both classes. My Cougar will be making a run out in the future (when i get time to put it together). I think John Miller will be called upon to emblazon the 380 with orange background. A lucky number!:D

Have to admit I'm a little slow on picking this up:blush:

See if we can rally some more NBC drivers to take part, poss get the club involved:D

No. 46 15-03-2011 09:15 PM

Some would love to be though simon :D

Plenty more should get booked in over the next few weeks, especially for the coastal rounds

SimonW 15-03-2011 10:20 PM

Your right there Dave, I don't think either of Simon or I will come close in 2wd, that's between you and George.

4wd, I might get in the top 3, behind George and Ben H, Simon needs to buy some proper cars first:p

Looking to go on a recruitment mission at the next Coastal meeting. Although, having said that, there's a few already interested, just getting them to sign up officially now ;)

As for the above! Brilliant. Nothing like a bit of pre-race sledging to ensure the cars receive a little TLC and polish:thumbsup: (I hear Zipper and Chesty's cars being stripped and rebuilt as I type!)

count me in!

it will be my first year so go lightly on me.

i am hoping to do most of the coastal round and Colchester round however some do clash with exams i have about that times.

although what would i book under adult or junior? i am 16 so do i count as adult for the booking in?

many thanks

lewis

I sure i will corrected if i am wrong but i think that it is done on your age at the start of the calendar year, if you were 15 on 1st your a junior, 16 your a senior.

Benh 16-03-2011 10:40 PM

George is spot on.

If you turned 16 in 2011 you're still a junior. 16 on or before the 31st Dec 2010, you're a senior!;)

I am really looking forward to it. Just need some time to put the ol' Cougar together!

lewis666 17-03-2011 07:05 AM

yes i did turn 16 this year so i count as a junior. i will book in on the first coastal meeting this weekend.

is there any news on ARC's new track? do you have a back up ben if they are unable to build a track ready.

many thanks see you next meeting

lewis

Benh 17-03-2011 10:27 AM

ARC is an uncertainty at the moment, but they are very very motivated to get the new track up and operational as quickly as possible.

There are other tracks which are being worked on at the moment, just waiting to hear back.;) Whatever happens at ARC, the series will continue. Even if it means an invasion/occupation at one track or another lol!

As soon as I know anything, I'll post up

Dufty07 19-03-2011 03:39 AM
