Mid conversion on KF
 

Will the mid conversion fit on the KF ? Was thinking of swapping my KF to KF2, but might just get the mid conversion for KF if it fits.

It is designed to use the kf2 parts, so different motor mount, slipper and layshaft, rear bulkhead and suspension mounts.

you could probably just buy the shorter belt and redrill your own chassis .. you might have to mod some other bits but most likely its possible

Might try it, got a spare carbon fibre chassis to try. Will try and get some measurements.

You will end up with one big cut out for the motor mount just be moving the motor back,

Mark, are there any further build/setup tips coming out of the team for this conversion yet?

I am in the process of converting my KF2 for use on dusty astro at Broxtowe.

im sure there will be some but the main meeting its been used at to date is the euros on dirt
