Yokomo YZ2CA

Hi all,

About to take the plunge back into 2wd, just wanted to double check that the YZ2CA is the latest yok 2wd and that there isn't anything (2wd) due to be launched before the worlds?

YZ-2DTM is the latest kit. people run this on both high and low traction, changing the diff (gear or ball) as required.

Depending on the surface of your racetrack you may still find the CA to be the better deal. After contemplating a while, I chose the CA due to the included gear diff, wide rear arms and aluminium parts. I installed the DTM rear brace from the start and upgraded to the graphite version of the new front hubs a while later. If you are not keen on the aluminium steering and front arm mount and would buy the ball diff anyway, the DTM is a no brainer due to the many additional suspension settings and improved details like the gearbox/battery brace aka waterfall. You can't go wrong either way, both are excellent kits. Feel free to read my CA review on petitrc.
