Schumacher cat 2000 diff washers
 

Looking to rebuild both diffs on my cat 2000, I need two pairs of new diff washers. Part number u1415g if anyone has some they would sell please let me know

Have a look at Wheelspin models they have some cat parts. is it the washers that press against the ball bearings in the middle of the diff's? if they are scored on one side and your struggling flip the washers over

If not get a glass sheet and some fine wet and dry and motor cleaner
Put wet and dry on glass sheet and spray with motor cleaner and rub washer circular until grooves are gone

Think I might have a new in pack set want me to check?

This - you can get away with re sanding with 600 grit sand paper many times.

There are some on the bay with 4 days remaining if this helps.

TBH, back in the day I was sanding new ones anyway to check that they were flat!
