About The Club
Hawcoat Park Model Car Club (HPMCC) is a friendly local club thats affiliated with the British Radio Car Association (BRCA) www.brca.org

We race mostly 1/10 electric 2wd/4wd off road buggys but welcome almost any type of RC vehicle, There are several Nitro Powered Truggys also take part in outdoor events. We cater for all ages and abilities and have several Father Son racers. Everyone is welcome to come along and watch, you never know you might fancy having a go yourself - it's harder than it looks.

We are based at Hawcoat Park Sports Club in Barrow, LA14 4HF and usually meet on a thursday evening 6-9pm, not every week but check our Facebook Page, website www.hpmcc.co.uk or here on oople for event details.

During the summer we race outdoors on grass if the weather is favourable and during the winter we race indoors on carpet. We have our own timing system with personal transponders.

We are a new developing club that are learning all the time and look forward to welcoming you down at the club.
