Hi all
dose anyone know what the foam inserts in the shocks are for !

To help rebound.

We generally don't use them. The superstars like Olly and Alex might sometimes play with them to gain a bit more rebound, but the rest of us don't bother.

I always build my shocks with zero rebound as I find that's the easiest thing to do consistently.
