Front wing
Is anyone using a front wing on their 2wd? If so what ones?

I've personally not tyres one but I think the b5m one from j concepts fit with a little modification
|
Same here, not tried one, but suspect a jconcepts from an rb6 would fit quite well.

Apologies for the bad pics but just showing what can be done. I dont use the body wing which doesnt work in windy conditions so cut it to sizs plus cut around the shocks and the awful protectors to save damage to carpet. Still it looks and feels up to the job, testing will tell.

Hey guys,
i tried the ProLine Racing front Wing Set from the RB6! Its fits perfectly and it gives you a good downforce at the front, the position is low and the wing is stabile enought. Here is the link: https://www.prolineracing.com/perfor...mount-alum-rb6 Alternative you can try the normal front wing, above the front tower. Jconcepts have two version: https://www.jconcepts.net/shop/aero-rb6-front-wing-wide https://www.jconcepts.net/shop/aero-...nt-wing-narrow Pro Tip: All RB6 front option and normal parts are compatible with the S12-1m! |

Ok I used the stainless steel front shock mounts and reversed so small section bolts into the bulkhead. I got two stainless steel countersunk hex screws and two countersunk washers and bolts on perfectly with the jc concepts narrow front wing. Also found a nice fan with heatsink.

I simply got a piece of lexan, put it in a vice, and gently warmed it up while bending round the edge of a piece of wood, then drilled holes in it for the shock mount screws to go through. Works as a wing and a carpet protector, which we had to have at the clubs eos carpeted winter gigs.
I'll post pics if anyone is remotely interested. |
Well, that saves me having to take any photos.

yes schumacher one including the mount will post a pic later
