I use a Savox 1258 for 4wd and Savox 1257 for 2wd as a steering servo. Have used Sanwa SRG-CT from my 1/8th cars which are slower or the Sanwa SRG-CS which has less output power but is quicker. My rule of thumb when buying a servo is that it should be metal geared and produce between 10kg to 13kg holding power and be around 0.08s over 60 degree for speed, after that it comes down to price.
