Looking to buy a lap top to play VRC if anyone is sell one around the £200 mark

to be honest you may struggle for that price for a lap top with high spec

Nonsense, you can get a brand new HP Ryzen 3 with 4GB ram, 1TB HDD and a Vega3 graphics card for £279. Second hand would be less if you can find one.

Plays GTA5 without breaking a sweat. :)

Having played quite Alot of vrc:
The bigger the screen size the better - don't use the laptop screen it simply isn't big enough and you won't see the car, plug it into your normal tv - I play on a 24 inch screen and can just about get away with it because my eyesight is pretty good - some of my mates play on 55/60inch screens and say it's much better :)
