ORION HMX Bluetooth Dongle HELP !?!
 

Bit of a long shot here, I have sadly forgot the dongle password, so when you connect to the BT dongle with your phone I can not pass go. Does anyone know how to factory reset the device ? or is there a way to unlock it ?

I have asked for support on the Orion site several times to no response.

I can not be the only and first one to forget a password can I ??
