Lads,
Directions to the new venue for anyone who needs them:

Take Exit 6 off M1. Its sign posted for Naul/Balbriggan. Take road to Naul.
When you come into Naul village, take Right at T-junction (signposted for Oldtown/Drogheda). Follow this road for approx 800M.
You will see a derilict cottage on your left as you go up the hill. The enterance for the venue is 15M past this on the left.
There should be a DMCC sign outside the gate.

See map:

Don't agree with that.

Previous version wasn't very user friendly. It was very static, with no real way of showing what was happening in the club.
(Only the twitter feed on the old site was updated!)

Hopefully with the new layout, it will show what is happening in the club.

MiCk B. :-)

I never really looked at the old site that much and don't really care what format you choose for the website but there are a couple of errors in the new site which need fixing or adjusting.
1. For me None of the links for the rules work
2. The links page is not the rules page a quote in the page text
3. Am I missing something or are there actually results for the 2012/2013 indoor champs somewhere as I cannot find them. I may just need glasses.
4. On the home page is it nessecary to have a news link and twitter link planted in the middle of the page. Surely some sort of static information outlining details on the club and what it's about plus some information on the sport would make for a better first page for people to see.
Stick the twitter feed to the side and have a news section separate would give a better structure to the site.
5. I maybe wrong but is the committee not different then what is quoted.
6. The getting started page should this not be the home page as it says nothing to me about how to get started in the sport if that's what the aim is of this page.

celticpanman 06-01-2013 07:28 PM

Hello
Maybe if you log onto the club website and email the club secretary with your thought and ideas that would be better

Ideas are welcome but through proper channels
Negativity is not always best

Fair play to whoever did the new site, it needed to be freshened up. At least we don't see Lee and Ivan every time we open it now :D
I'll take the camera and try and get a few good photos on Sunday for the photos section

celticpanman 14-02-2013 11:29 AM

For the attention of all current DMCC members

Can you check your email box for a questionnaire that needs to be returned asap to the address enclosed
Also re new track design ideas

Many thanks
