BRCA Mid South 4wd Regional Stotfold...

Hello my friends! Some news for you all!

The BRCA Mid South 4wd Regional is on Sunday 23rd April so we will need help setting up the track and so forth on SATURDAY 22nd!

Many hands make light work so please come along and help out if you can. Arrival is usually from 1000am.

Racing IS ON this Sunday so normal Revolution timings apply of gates open 1230 for 1330 on the grid.

Also... MIDWEEK FAST FORWARD returns on Wednesday 3rd May as lots of you have been asking! Who will win the new series... More info on the usual start times nearer the date :)

Will there be a 2wd open event running alongside the 4wd regional on 23rd April?

Pretty sure there is - it's all managed through the 'supporting class' booking in on the Mid South website.

The brcamidsouth supporting class form doesn't show stotfold on 23rd of April though?

BRCA Mid South Regional This SUNDAY...

Site and Race Information:

The track is situated between the villages of Hinxworth and Ashwell. It is easily approached from the A1 by following the signs to Hinxworth and then to Ashwell. The track will come into view on your left. The nearest postcode for Sat Nav is SG7 5HU, which should lead you to a point approximately 30m back towards Hinxworth from the site entrance.

Booking in is via the BRCA Mid South Website. This ALSO COVERS THE 2WD SUPPORT CLASS RACE.

Booking in on the day closes at 8:45am. Please have your BRCA card ready when checking in Rule 4.5.

If you’re not pre-booked, and book in on the day, you will be placed in the lower heats and will not get a practice round.

Food:

There is no food on site, but there is a McDonalds and other services 8 mins from the track at Baldock motorway services.

Toilets:

Male and Female toilets.

Mains power is not available.

Please charge in a lipo sack – there will be no warnings, as per other regionals, anyone caught not using a lipo sack will be asked to leave immediately.

Schedule:

7.00am. Gate to site open. Track closed.

7.15am. Booking in opens.

8.00am. Drivers briefing.

8:15am. Track opens for two rounds of practice in heat order, 3 min per heat. If you are a lower grade driver, you’ll be in an early heat! Please Marshall after your practice heat – this will help you as well.

8:45am. Booking in closes.

10.00am. First heat on the line.
