Do you get a reminder when it's about to expire?

dont believe so.
the membership runs until 31st december. but you can renew now and it will start 1st january.
assuming you can remember your login details.

They all expire on 31 December.....

Rejoined on Tuesday arrived in post on Friday . Thanks to those involved at the BRCA , great service.

You do not get a reminder when your licence/licences are up forvrenewl but if you look under your user profile scroll to the bottom and on the right hans side it tells you there .Also tells you what membership and how many days you have left before it expires,

Commom knowledge really as all BRCA licence expire on the 31st December

You can renew from the start of the December and still be covered till the 31st of he next year :thumbsup:

The biggest thing I deal with daily is users who have no idea what their user name or password is.
Currently must be and least 5 a day

Re: forgetting passwords. The website doesn't help. You can login with your email address. My 10 year olds obviously don't know their emails so when I eventually found them I asked for a password reset. This reset doesn't allow you to use the email address as the user name the same as the login does. So I then had to ask for the username too. Needs to be all joined up email as username should work pall aspects of the site

each member has to have their own email.
once you are logged in you can edit your own profiles

You seemed to have missed my point about resetting passwords and user name consistency

no i dont, i have passed it on the the web guy to see if he can sort it to do that
