iTunes ...please help !!
 

I need to back up all data from my iphone 5 to itunes to enable me to send my phone to apple for possible repair
But when I go to back up using itunes I am only able to back up data (music & apps) that I have purchased from iTunes
It won't let me back up all my photos & music that was not purchased from iTunes
Can someone please help, I'm literally pulling my hair out
I'm using windows vista

Not sure about music not purchased from itunes, but you can just browse the phone contents via explorer and copy off all the photo's and videos without itunes!

Your non itunes music, is that playing through itunes or another app?
