looking good! when you lay the carbon, dont be afraid to slap on a lot of resin, if it seeps out of the mould when you compress it dont worry, doing this greatly reduces the amount of imperfections. how many layers of matting did you use?? i normally use 7 layers for 2mm compressed thickness...

I just testes this one.
It was 4layer of 200gr so it is thin and light but next one will be more thicker.
Ill try to make an 2.5mm thick with vacuum style...

Ps. Must admit that when i installed the plastic part to the chassis so the stiffnes was supricly stiff...
