DEATH of EASTRAX

Hello Oople land, just a quick one, I was up Eastrax at the weekend(practace) ,and paul informed me he will be pulling up the track after the last race of the season(2wd eoe regonal) ,due to a unsupervised creche having been put in the pit area(almost a third), now you dont have to be a genius to realise what could happen if one of them grabbed a charger, or even a nitro bottle, and had a little drinkie poos. So paul is gonna rip it all up as he feels (quite rightly) that it is a health hazzard................................:cry:: wtf::mad: sorry about the spelling but im fik:woot:

ben 14-08-2008 11:06 PM

it sounds like some bull pooper to me

telboy 14-08-2008 11:11 PM

An unsupervised creche?
Doesn't seem the kind of plance to put kids to start with. Not exactly very well furbished.
But even so that leaves the whole of the field to pit on doesn't it?

racingdwarf 14-08-2008 11:12 PM

wtf?creche in the pit, what the hell is that doing there??He is going to rip up £2500 worth of track cos of a creche are you sure of this mate! Did paul get down wind of your smoke

I think this thread should be closed until we hear directly from someone involved with the running of Eastrax before any further comments are made.

:mad:I am only saying what he told me, and no he was not pi##ed, he may of been pissed off though, but he did say end of the line. I was GUTTED:cry:, I was asking about the winter series, when he informed me of the fact there was not going to be one. After the summer programme was finished (incl. BRCA's and regionals) he was gonna rip it all up and put it in storage, whether this was just a bad mood statement or what only time will tell, personaly i hope he changes his mind, BUT HE DID SAY THIS, RING HIM YOURSELF AND ASK HIM DIRECT!!!!!!!!:p

Eastrax RC 16-08-2008 01:10 PM

Eastrax has some management issues which need to be resolved whch will not interupt this years racing calender.
falure to resolve will see the venue move to its already sourced new spot if required next yaer.

blitzboy 16-08-2008 01:16 PM

hope you get the issues resolved paul its a top track and it would be a shame to tear it all up
