Stotfold Winter series Rd 1 - 19th Oct

Don't forget to book into round 1 of the Stotfold winter series! This year we are sponsored by Schumacher racing and Trakpower!

This has been an extremely popular series for a few years now and i hope this one to be even bigger!

Who's coming? what class? 4wd for me i think :)

spenner 02-10-2008 08:02 PM

As the club seem regular on the National scene i will def be there for some extra practice....
Do hope the club are applying for National as it has been one of the best for last two years, and one you can gain advantage on by practicing!!!

4wd for me.....

I am guessing it is Schumacher tyres ?????

KevLee 02-10-2008 08:06 PM

Yes, Schumacher control tyres for the rear axle - Yellow or green mini spike.

Full details can be found here http://www.stotfoldmcc.co.uk/club.se...#winter_series

We now have an online pre-booking system for our Winter Series - click here.

We've done our best to test it already, so hopefully there won't be any problems. However, if people do run into trouble please either PM me on here or get in touch via the contact form on the SMCC website itself.

You are required to register some basic information (name, BRCA number, frequencies, etc.) before you can enter meetings - NOTE YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS ONCE. There are further options to amend your details and view current meeting entrants (you don't have to be registered for the latter).

Cheers.

For those who don't wish to use the pre-booking system, I have added a form to the contacts page for emailing Winter Series entries - click here.

Thanks.

booked in 4wd already, cant make the first one... doing the much more uk rug racers, this is the only one that clashes

KevLee 11-10-2008 12:14 PM

I'm in for 4wd.. is anyone else going? Entries are quite low at the moment as it seems a lot of people want to race indoors at Worksop. If you intend on coming to stotfold can you pre book so we can get an idea of entries.

We have applied for a national for next year again so the winter meetings are a great way to get some practice in!

hope to see you there!

Looks like most of the drivers in 2wd are using X6's! A sign of the times.
