10electric, Cullingworth booking in Fri 30th Dec 16

Hi all.

Please use this thread to book in for racing on Friday.

Unfortunately we need to put a cap of 25 drivers in place to make sure we have enough time for 4 rounds and a final. New drivers allowed to race three times after which you must acquire BRCA.

We should be able to have the heats sorted and we will want to start racing at bang on 7. So track building is the priority.

We need more volunteers to collectively help build / dismantle the track, this also applies at the end of the evening putting away the track. So please help, we get more racing in and get to go home at a reasonable time. Don't leave it to the same individuals to do the honours.

Please refrain from practicing until the track has been built.

The deadline for booking in is 9pm Thursday evening, heat listings will be compiled after this time. If you say you are coming then change your mind for what ever reason, you must let me know as this affects everyone else & the heats will not be evenly balanced,

Doors normally open at 6.30pm.

Someone will be there for 6:15 ish, so anyone wanting to HELP with the track can get there for then.

1/10th Buggies, indoors, carpet, slippy floor and jumps. Family friendly and good fun club level racing.

Address:
Cullingworth Village Hall
Station Road
Cullingworth
Bradford
BD13 5HN.

6 Mark Goulding

8 James Hirst
9 Jack Hirst
10 Chris Foster
11 Steve kirk
12 Chris Wilding
13 Mark Newell

25 Drivers max
Driver numbers now limited to 25 at Cullingworth village hall, this is due to the venue size. Larger numbers are more difficult to manage in the tight pitting areas, also getting 4 rounds and a final and finishing on time becomes easier to manage.

Mark Goulding and Megan Casey,

Also looking at coming over for Batley on the Second, Do I need different tyres or shock protectors, If so has anybody got what I will need so i can get myself set up(will pay for), I am also running 13.5, will i need something a bit stronger. Have a 7.5 knocking around somewhere,

Thanks

You might need the shock protectors (depending which way your shocks mount on the front tower) but they're available to buy at the track. I'd definitely stick your 7.5 motor in if you have one. The main tyres used are Schumacher l/p cut staggers on the front and Schumacher dart rears, both in yellow compound. He has the shop open on the day and there's always plenty of time to get tyres glued on etc.

P.s just make sure you take your new BRCA license as he will be checking them.
