R/C Screwz Stainless Steel Set For B44

Hey there people,

Does anybody know where I can get hold of the B44 sets of stainless steel screw kits for the Associated B44?

I know you can order them from R/C Screwz direct but does anybody know where you could get them from the UK?

Thanks for help people.

Andy

Try Nortech if you PM NORTHY on here he will sort you out.

I like the stainless steel screwz sets because they don't rust. However, I would avoid using them in areas that have a lot of stress. I would avoid using them anywhere on the front and rear shock towers (esp. on the b44). Every R/C screwz I have used there have become deformed. Some might say that this is good because it did not break and you did not DNF but I have never had a steel screw brake or even bend for that matter. The stainless steel screwz seem to be lacking in the tempering process... I'm not sure why! Maybe one of you users might know the answer?

I tried the RC Screwz kit and indeed quality is very poor with soft steel and easy-to-round hexes

Guys, I don't have a full stainless steel B44 screw kit at the moment, just one with blue ali screws for the low load bearing areas like the gearboxes but I could sort one out.

I agree with what has been said, stainless itself is a weaker material so you just have to be careful where you use it.
