SC Tyres

Just out of interest, what tyres have people been using on their trucks given there arn't any yellow compound tyres for standard SC rims?

Depends on the surface. At Chatterton I got grip roll with the standard AE SC tyres but at York the std tyres were gash.

Fastrax are bringing out some SC spikes in 'immitation' yellow compound which should be better.

If you're talking outdoor the kit tyres worked fine for me :)

What I use

I've gone for the Fastrax Kourse Kings at EPR, mind you, since buying them haven't had chance to use them up there, in theory I think they should be the right ones for astro.

Did have HPI ATTKs on before, but one of the guys up EPR didn't think they were the right kind for that surface.

Hope that helped

I ran the Attk S Compounds on my Blitz. Very grippy.

Might experiment with the D compounds at the next one as I had so much rear grip that the front was really vague under power.
