crawler winch control

have a two way switched 3rd channel, some where i have seen a magic box to work this, anyone got any pointers or links?

The standard 3Racing winch controller requires a 3 position third channel, there are bodges in transmitter programming to get around this that are inconvenient to use, the best solution is the custom winch controller from Heyok on rrccrawler
