V12 Li-po box

Hi,

http://www.fulloption.co.uk/mardaveV12.html

I've sent this guy 2 Emails to ask about buying two of his Li-po boxes, I've had no reply.

Does anybody know if he is on holiday or something, as I would like to buy these for my two new V12's.

Or is there an alternative?

Also, what would be the best servo for the V12. I was thinking of the Savox 1251 MG? A bit expensive!

Many thanks.

there's a carbon style tray by Kamtec that's a good option for you

Savox is good

Futaba 9602 also

Cell holder but you need strapping tape

Savox is ok, but the servo spline doesn't sit central in the car which isn't ideal for car set up. You're far better off with a futaba s9550. :)

PM sent to the OP.
I am still making Mardave battery enclosures in case anyone was wondering. Emails must just have hit the spam filter or not been received. The Kamtec batt holder is fine but suits only 6-cell subC style packs, not the small LiPo packs that are so good for the Mardave. Also it's just a tray and has no way of keeping the pack in. If you want a weight-balance adjustable bomb proof solution then the Full Option enclosure is the best you will find even if I say so myself.
Also I would recommend considering an MKS HV servo. These are the fastest I have ever seen and the nicest made, but will cost you twice the price of a V12 kit unfortunately: http://www.mks-servo.co.uk/mks-high-...60hz-853-p.asp

Cheers
DAVE
