Just getting back into racing again
 

This summer I'm thinking of getting back into 1/10 buggy racing again!
It has been a long time since I last raced.
To be honest the gold tub RC10 was king and I raced one and an Optima Pro!

A couple of questions

I've have a somewhat battered XXX-BK for mucking about with.
I'm in th process of getting it ready, new bearings, etc.
what else should I look at getting as spares and setting it up if I where to race again?

Also looking at which club? Living on the edge of Bedworth both Hinckley and Coventry are a doddle to get to!

I did drop into the Cov track on a none race day and to say I was not made to feel welcome with the 1/8 guys is off putting or was it not typical for the guys who race there?

H i matey, theres a few of us that run at cov but mainly hinckley we are runin at broxtowe at the moment but will be going to cov next sunday for the mam nice to see you got losi i run the mighty cr2 losi atomic conversion very very competitive and have a few bits on ebay at moment if interested (hairybeaver4) is my name on there if you can make it to cov next sunday come over to me and the lads ive got the white astra vxr artic edition and have a chat with us :thumbsup: Lapper.

sunday 26th feb, this sunday 19th we are at kidderminster, we run hinckley in the summer thats on a saturday cracking club and lads and broxtowe in the winter again cracking club and lads, then cov/kiddy when i can fit them in hinckley will be going out doors soon april/may time for the summer they are indoors at moment touring cars.:thumbsup:
