Does anyone take the time to balance their tyres and weight them to match all 4 tyres?

Does anyone go to the extreme and even wishbones and hubs to match each corner of unsprung weight?

upright servo postion

Iv seen a couple cars online with the servo mounted at an angel and the servo saver facing down. I know this was used on a few 12th cars back in the day, Is it a big improvment on steering?

Totally agree tyres are one of the most important things, but from what I've learnt racing touring cars, every little bit helps. So if the steering angles are correct then that will all add up.
