Theres also DasMikro that sell some extremely small ones and also ones similar to the SMD/Sanwa style. I have one and it works great....

Theres a few other options too. A HPI RF-11 receiver, can sometimes be found very cheap but not common to buy new. I've got like 4 of these, all work great and I've paid between £15 and £1 for them....

No it wont work with the HW Wifi module, thats for the newer HW ESC's. The Hobbyking X-Car 120A is essentially a rebranded HW v2.1. It will take the firmware though and its a good ESC.
